Permitted Platforms: Authors may deposit their work in recognized preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, ChemRxiv, SSRN, Research Square) prior to submission.

Citation and Disclosure: Authors must cite the preprint version and disclose prior posting upon submission.

Version Control: Final published versions should clearly indicate the existence of preprint versions, if applicable.
